Job summary

Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager in Marietta, GA to work with the Store Manager in developing a high-performing sales team and exceptional customer experiences. The role requires leadership, coaching, and a strong sales mindset to meet KPIs across busy retail locations.

The position offers a strong base pay with commissions and performance bonuses, a flexible schedule, health plan, 401K and PTO. Travel to multiple Midwest locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles is required.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team members.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products and customer service.
• Ability to travel to locations across the Midwest as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work with Store Manager to build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Assist Store Manager to hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coach/mentor the team daily to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure location operates under Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Assist in promotional roles, inventory procedures, or other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees.
