Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years retail management experience.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Comfortable using computers and retail technology.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work at multiple store locations within the district is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach associates to improve customer interactions and sell wireless solutions.
• Monitor performance and create action plans.
• Lead by example by selling products and services with your team.
• Celebrate wins and coach continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing.
• Manage inventory and protect assets.
• Ensure policy/compliance with carrier standards.
• Schedule to meet customer demand and maximize productivity.
• Complete reporting, training, and admin on time.
• Partner with District Manager on initiatives.
