Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team and create outstanding customer experiences. You will coach, train, and motivate the sales team to reach aggressive targets while managing daily operations, merchandising, and store performance.

You will oversee guest interactions on the sales floor, drive metrics, and lead by example when the General Manager is away. A focus on development and achievement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or wireless sales environment preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress with the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve selling skills and performance.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and planogram compliance.
• Ensure store up-time, inventory management, and cash handling compliance.
• Open/close store and manage daily store activities.
