Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets while managing daily operations and merchandising. You will set goals, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Victra brand.

You will coach and develop team members, resolve customer issues, and oversee staffing, cash handling, and store up-time. This role rewards performance with training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store sales team, coach one-on-one to reach sales quotas.
• Drive daily operations, staffing, and store performance metrics.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals for the sales team.
• Ensure store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Handle customer issues and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
