Job summary

Mobile Generation LLC is seeking a Wireless Assistant Store Manager to join our Chicago area retail team. You will work with the Store Manager to coach a sales staff, maintain high customer service standards, and drive sales performance across locations.

The role requires retail experience, a track record of achievement, and the ability to lead a team with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless.
• Proven achievement in prior sales roles.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
• Enthusiasm for retail and wireless products and customer service.
• Willingness to travel to Midwest locations when needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to create a positive customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Assist Store Manager to hire, schedule, and supervise a team of sales associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPI targets monthly.
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure location follows Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Assist in promotions, inventory procedures, or other duties as assigned.
• Model professional conduct for staff and customers.
