Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager in Chicago to lead a team across our retail locations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to Verizon and Mobile Generation standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
Proven track record in sales and leadership roles.
Ability to travel to Midwest locations as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
Meet or exceed monthly personal and team KPIs.
Coach/mentor your team daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Ensure location compliance with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
Execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures as directed.
Set an example of professional conduct for staff and customers.
