Job summary

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile are key ambassadors who bring the brand to life in high-traffic partner locations. They educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and build relationships to exceed targets and deliver exceptional experiences.

Field training covers products, processes, and tools; on-the-job learning includes onboarding customers, supporting account setup and device needs, and leveraging sales techniques for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing value.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, review promotions, and stay customer-ready; onboard customers and manage store operations.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
