Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and build strong relationships through solution-based selling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate products and services and guide onboarding.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready by reviewing promotions and updates.
