Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years related work experience (Required).
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management (Required).
• 7–10 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, or related customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise or strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and present tailored wireless communication solutions.
• Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and review findings with customers to support solution design.
• Assist customers with processing requests related to in-building wireless coverage improvements.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend appropriate wireless solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
