Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a senior solutions engineer to design and present wireless communication solutions for enterprise customers in the United States.

You will consult with clients, analyze network coverage, and tailor recommendations to address business needs while staying current with wireless technologies. The role emphasizes strong communication, solution architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent experience in field (Required)
• 7-10 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, or a related customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise or strategic accounts. Experience designing, presenting, and supporting wireless, mobility, telecommunications, or network solutions (Required)

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and present tailored wireless communication solutions
• Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and review findings with customers to support solution design
• Assist customers with processing requests related to in-building wireless coverage improvements
• Identify business opportunities and recommend appropriate wireless solutions to meet customer needs
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
