T-Mobile is seeking a Solutions Consultant to empower business sales with technical expertise in wireless solutions. You will design, present, and tailor wireless offerings to meet customer needs while supporting sales teams.

The role emphasizes in-building coverage, device knowledge, and clear ROI demonstrations. You will engage in multiple customer meetings daily, maintain deep product and network knowledge, and contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth through collaborative

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in telecom, solutions consulting, or engineering.
3+ years in telecom solutions selling and managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment.
Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees).
Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting features, benefits, and ROI.
Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
