Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year related work experience.
- 3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with proven solution sales.
- Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support small business sales teams to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (1–9 employees).
- Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation, features, benefits, and ROI.
- Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
- Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
