Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a remote Senior Solutions Consultant to support business sales in a defined U.S. territory, with Edina, MN as a primary market. You will design and present wireless solutions, analyze coverage, and guide customers through ROI-focused demonstrations.

This role requires expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions, plus the ability to travel 25–50% of the time and engage with sales teams to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience.
• An advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• Combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a proven track record of successful solution sales.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Participate in meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including ROI demonstrations.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Travel 25-50% of the time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
