Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a remote-enabled sales engineer to design and present wireless solutions for small business customers in the Edina, MN metro area. You will consult with customers, analyze network coverage, and support sales teams with technical demonstrations and ROI calculations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in telecom or related fields, strong communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% to cover scheduled meetings and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience.
• An advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• Combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required)
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
