Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Wireless Solutions Consultant to assist its small business sales teams by offering technical expertise, designing wireless solutions, and presenting ROI-focused offerings to customers.

You will support in-market engagements, coordinate with accounts seeing 1–9 employees, travel 25-50% of the time, and reside near Edina, MN. Deep device and network knowledge helps tailor solutions and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience or equivalent combination
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of successful solution sales and managing relationships in a matrix environment
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
