Job summary

Granite is seeking a Wireless Sales Associate to drive growth through prospecting, cold calling, and establishing new client relationships. You will present customized wireless solutions, close deals, and maintain Salesforce records to track opportunities and quotas.

The role emphasizes achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, collaborating with marketing and technical teams, and advancing through a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven track record in sales with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong prospecting, cold calling and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage clients.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar tools.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Make outbound calls and emails to key decision-makers.
• Present tailored value propositions and close deals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
