Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, a leading provider of wireless and mobility solutions, is seeking a Wireless Sales Associate to drive business growth in the U.S. through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building.

You will close deals, manage opportunities, and meet sales quotas while leveraging Salesforce to track progress. The role offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of sales experience minimum.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar sales tools.
• Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through multiple channels.
• Conduct cold outreach via calls and emails to decision-makers.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Lead negotiations and present tailored proposals to close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track activities.
