This entry‑level role offers hands-on training with a clear path to a Mobile Expert promotion after completing the program. You’ll work with teammates to ensure a smooth, informative shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and empathy for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting devices and service plans and provide demonstrations.
• Perform in-store product demonstrations and explain features to customers.
• Process transactions and onboard new customers while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with team across channels to resolve issues and drive sales.
