Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our in-store team. This learning role focuses on customer service, product demonstrations, and building loyalty as you train toward a Mobile Expert role.

You will help customers from browsing to purchase, displaying devices, plans, and accessories while growing product knowledge. Ideal candidates have 6 months of customer service or sales experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and inquiries.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Process purchases and upsell accessories and services.
• Gather customer information and hand off to sales team as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
