Job summary

Arch Telecom is hiring for a learning-focused Retail role. You will work with a team to build skills in customer advocacy and product knowledge, demonstrating devices and services while guiding shoppers through purchase decisions.

The role emphasizes in-store customer interactions, product demos, and collaborative learning with a path to promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED required; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in-store, online or by phone with a best-in-class experience.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and accessories.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and build loyalty.
• Guide customers through the purchasing journey with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
