Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our national wireless retailer network. You will be part of a Retail Team delivering brand experiences in-store, assisting customers through their shopping journey, and building lasting relationships.

You will learn product demonstrations, perform hands-on tech education, and perform side-by-side selling to tailor solutions, including accessories and IoT devices, while maintaining a friendly, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening.
• Ability to learn product details and demonstrate features.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Become proficient in using digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding.
