Arch Telecom is a national Wireless Preferred Retailer seeking Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team and bring the brand to life. You will learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience and cultivating customer loyalty through hands-on demonstrations and personalized solutions.

This is a learning role with training to prepare you for a promotion to Mobile Expert after successful completion, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology and devices to meet customer needs.
• Perform side-by-side selling to offer personalized solutions and accessories.
• Build relationships across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
