Arch Telecom is seeking a motivated Retail Team member to learn in customer service and sales while representing the brand in stores nationwide. You will gain hands-on experience with the latest devices and services and work toward promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of technology
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions with devices and services
• Guide customers through purchases with thoughtful questions and expertise
• Build relationships across channels to resolve issues and hand off leads
• Develop trusted product knowledge and demonstrate coverage and plans
