This is a learning role designed to develop skills for the next level as a Mobile Expert. Successful candidates will complete new employee training, have at least a High School diploma, and bring 6 months of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience.
• Explains devices and services, demonstrates latest technology in-store.
• Establishes relationships with customers and partners across channels to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
