You will complete new employee training, demonstrate a passion for customer care, and work with store teammates to deliver a world-class experience while developing sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell and educate customers on devices/services
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, continuing their shopping journey and demonstrating devices and plans
• Use digital tools to explain coverage, plans, and services and complete training on in-store processes
• Build relationships with customers and team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience and resolve issues
