T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide shoppers through their journey, developing skills in customer interactions and digital tools. The role requires a High School diploma, 6 months of customer service or sales experience, and strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
