Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Seattle, seeks a full-time Retail Sales Representative. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, assist customers with wireless needs, and work with your store team to meet personal and company goals.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, achieving revenue targets, supporting marketing efforts, and handling store operations while maintaining the store’s appearance and accuracy of paperwork. A strong, energetic approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends & holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Bi-lingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to store visitors, including greeting and needs assessment.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand.
• Assist with all store functions in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility with cash handling and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions per company standards.
• Share customer experiences with the team and management.
• Maintain store appearance and back room areas to standard.
