Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative to represent the T-Mobile brand and address customers’ wireless needs in-store.

This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with standing for long periods and light lifting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months retail or customer-focused experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, greet customers and assess needs.
• Exceed revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts and promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all store functions per Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
• Open/close and operate the retail facility including cash handling and deposits.
• Complete paperwork and transactions according to company policies.
• Share customer experiences with management.
• Maintain store appearance and back room, restrooms and work area.
