Job summary

Wireless Vision is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative in California. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, meet customers’ wireless needs, and work with a team to hit personal and store goals.

The role requires at least 6 months in retail or customer-focused work, a high school diploma, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, answer phones and assess their needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand.
• Assist with all store functions and compliance with policies.
• Work with management on opening, closing and daily operations including cash handling.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies.
• Share customer experiences with team and management.
• Maintain store appearance, back room and work area to standard.
• Assist with activations, bill payments, upgrades and accessory sales.
