Job summary

Wireless Vision is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to join our T-Mobile Premium Retail team. You will greet customers, assess their wireless needs, and drive revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.

You’ll participate in store marketing, assist with activations and billing, and help maintain store standards. Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and reliable, with at least a high school diploma and the ability to work a flexible schedule that

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their wireless needs.
• Hit monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Promote the brand through in-store and local community activities.
• Handle cash, transactions, and store paperwork per policy.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked, including back room and restrooms.
• Assist with activations, bill payments, and plan changes for customers.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
