Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team in a fast-paced store environment. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, greet customers, and assess their wireless needs while driving revenue and delivering excellent service.

You will collaborate with store staff to achieve personal and company goals, handle activations and billing tasks, and contribute to ongoing marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to store visitors, greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand.
• Assist with all store functions in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Open/close/store operations including cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions.
• Share customer feedback with management.
• Maintain store appearance and back room areas.
• Assist with activations, bill payments, upgrades, and accessories.
