Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail or customer-focused experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers in-store.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring and growing accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts including outbound calls and outreach.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, deposits and store operations.
• Support management with opening/closing and paperwork accuracy.
• Share customer experiences with the team and management.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, restrooms and work area.
• Assist in activations, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
• Fit customers with appropriate technology solutions and services.
