OSL Retail Services is seeking a dynamic Wireless Sales Manager to lead a busy kiosk team and drive top-tier customer experiences. In this role you will manage daily operations, coach staff, and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will optimize performance, control costs, and foster a high-energy retail environment. A strong background in wireless or electronics is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Proven ability to drive team performance and sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and service delivery.
• Supervise and train sales associates, including scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Drive sales targets and performance by motivating the team and implementing strategies.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure effective merchandising.
• Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability and display standards.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct regular team meetings and share updates on targets and campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and forecast trends to adjust plans.
