Qualifications

• Experience leading retail or wireless/electronics teams.
• Strong ability to drive sales targets and customer service.
• Solid knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Effective communication and team mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and service delivery.
• Supervise and train a sales team, including scheduling and evaluations.
• Drive sales targets through motivation and strategies.
• Maintain product knowledge across all offerings and train staff.
• Monitor inventory and display standards per company policy.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets and promotions.
• Analyze sales data and forecast trends to adjust plans.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, manage budget.
• Keep the sales area clean and organized; report results to management.
