Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wireless department, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Supervise a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Drive sales targets with motivated teams and effective strategies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services and ensure team stays informed.
• Monitor inventory, ensure proper stock, and display according to standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and changes.
• Forecast sales, analyze figures, and adapt strategies to market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure policy/compliance adherence and manage department budget.
