Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead a wireless kiosk team, drive sales targets, and ensure superior customer service. The role reports to the District Manager, with responsibilities spanning operations, coaching, inventory, and promotions in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will guide a skilled sales team, optimize processes, and strive to exceed profitability while delivering expert advice and outstanding service.

Qualifications

Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the wireless department to ensure smooth service delivery.
Supervise and schedule a team of sales associates, including training and performance reviews.
Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing effective sales strategies.
Maintain expert knowledge of products and services and ensure the team is well-informed.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelving and displays meet company standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Lead regular team meetings to communicate new targets, promotions, and operational changes.
Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations; manage department budget.
Maintain a clean, organized sales area and report on department performance.
