Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead a busy wireless department at a kiosk, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise a sales team, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and ensure knowledge of products and services is strong across the group.

You will report to the District Manager, optimize operations, monitor budgets, and promote a culture of high performance.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Ability to drive team performance and sales results.
• Excellent customer service and problem resolution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and service delivery.
• Supervise and train a team of sales associates; manage scheduling and performance.

• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stocking and display.
