Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Wireless Manager in the United States to lead a wireless kiosk team, optimize operations, and drive profitability. You will mentor staff, implement sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will manage budgets, scheduling, and training while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Retail management experience in wireless or electronics
Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality
Strong communication and presentation skills for effective leadership and customer interactions
Excellent customer service skills with proactive approach, attention to detail, and problem solving

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the wireless department
