Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead a busy wireless department within a national outsourcer for major retailers. You will manage a sales team, set schedules, train staff, and drive profitability through expert product knowledge and superior customer service.

You’ll report to the District Manager and oversee budget, promotions, and operational excellence while delivering outstanding customer experiences and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless/electronics.
• Proven ability to lead teams to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-service skills.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and service delivery.
• Manage and supervise a sales team, including scheduling and training.
• Drive sales targets with effective strategies and motivation.
• Maintain product knowledge across all offerings and ensure team is informed.
• Monitor inventory and display standards according to company policy.
