• Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations to ensure service excellence.
• Supervise and train a team of sales associates, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Drive sales targets by implementing effective strategies and motivating the team.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure the team stays informed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stocking and merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
