Job summary

OSL Retail Services seeks a results-oriented TEAM LEAD/Wireless Manager to supervise the wireless department at a kiosk location. You will lead a team of sales associates, set schedules, coach performance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while maximizing profitability.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will implement sales strategies, monitor inventory, and coordinate with marketing on promotions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and service delivery.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper display per standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular team meetings on targets and promotions.

• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manage department budget.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Report results and issues to upper management.
