Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead a wireless department in a busy kiosk environment. You will guide a sales team, optimize operations, and drive profitability with expert product knowledge and customer service.

You will report to the District Manager and champion sales strategies, training, and performance incentives, while ensuring compliant, efficient store operations and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and customer interactions.
• Excellent customer service, with proactive approach and problem-solving.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and ensure service excellence.
• Supervise and train a team of sales associates; schedule and evaluate performance.
• Drive sales targets with effective strategies and motivating leadership.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and keep the team informed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock and displays per standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and changes.
• Analyze sales, forecast trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations.
• Manage department budget, labor costs, and supplies.
• Maintain tidy, inviting sales area and report performance to management.
