OSL is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead the wireless department within a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage a sales team, drive targets, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining product knowledge and operational standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, budgeting, and promotions, coordinating with marketing and upper management to sustain growth and profitability. This role is full-time with competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and customer interactions
• Excellent customer service skills with proactive approach and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage and supervise sales associates, including scheduling, training, and evaluation
• Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and ensure the team stays informed
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stocking and displays
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and changes
• Forecast sales and adapt strategies to market trends
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations
• Manage department budget including labor and supplies
• Maintain clean, organized sales area and report results to management
