Acosta Group in Dallas is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive wireless retail sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store.

You will meet and exceed personal sales goals, mentor teammates, lead onboarding and role-plays, and handle escalations while adhering to carrier guidelines. This role offers uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership in retail environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to train and mentor retail staff and drive performance.
• Willingness to travel between store locations and work flexible hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and travel between stores.
