Acosta Group in Kaufman, Texas is hiring a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across stores.

You will exceed personal sales goals, train and mentor teams, conduct onboarding and role-plays, handle escalations, and travel between locations as needed. The role offers $20/hour base plus unlimited commission with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
