Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or consumer electronics sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to train and coach sales staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
