Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead for our Wireless Retail stores in North Carolina. You will drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience by proactively engaging customers, including those not actively shopping for wireless products.

The role offers $20/hr plus unlimited commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, and mileage reimbursement are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Travel between store locations if required.
