Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to travel within district.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
