Qualifications

• Previous wireless retail or B2C sales experience.
• Ability to train and lead a small team.
• Flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per guidelines.
• Manage shift responsibilities and on-floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
