Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or direct-to-consumer sales is preferred.
• Ability to train, coach, and lead a small team is advantageous.
• Strong customer interaction skills and goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier guidelines.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
